COMMAND STAFF

WHO WE ARE

William "Billy" Bonney

Our CEO/Chief of Service has over 30 years experience in law enforcement, first response and emergency medical service with an Emphasis on Disaster Management and Administration. He retired from a Public Safety Agency in 2011. Though he has moved to the Private Security Field, Billy still supports his community by being active in charitable events, including the Special Olympics. Billy’s certifications include but are not limited to: Nationally Registered Paramedic, Rescue Specialist, Georgia Peace Officer, POST Instructor, Firefighter 1, Florida Security D & G License, DI Instructors License, and MB Managers License.

Jeffery A. Carr

Our Assistant Chief has been working in law enforcement since 1986. He began in the United States Air Force Military Intelligence Wing as a Cryptographer and Linguist. Proudly fluent in Spanish, Jeff is accredited by the Defense Language Institute - Foreign Language Center. As a formally certified EMT and now a certified medical first responder, he frequently offers his volunteer services to R.A.C.E and A.R.E.S. for Emergency Communication.

Robert Ruggere

Robert Ruggere is our Assistant Chief of Service. Robert Oversees our Operations Division and Personnel. Robert brings to the team decades of Law Enforcement and Management experience from leadership in the United States Army Military Police and a vast knowledge of the Private Law Enforcement and Security Industry.
